More Than 50 Years of Combined Experience in Case Management

We were funded in 1985 by a group of volunteers at UTMB and now work closely with reputable organizations, such as the United Way™, as well as substance abuse and mental health organizations to provide our patients with the best possible treatments.


Free Case Management in English & Spanish:

  • Clinic and prescription copays.
  • We have a huge food pantry and food banks twice a month.
  • We provide transportation to and from the University of Texas Medical Branch for clinical appointments.
  • Lunch is provided on Thursdays every week.

A Piece of History
River stones from the first AIDS memorial in the US, known as The Wall of Remembrance, can be purchased, engraved, and permanently set into the wall. This memorial includes a 7' hollow bronze statue in a garden setting that was designed and implemented by T.J. Dixon and James Nelson. Own a part of history today!
